A very good example by one of the rarer armouries.

52.5cm (32.75”) T sectioned blade with flat back and needle point. The blade is stamped on the back with the maker and date.

Wooden and Brass hilt with socket and forward facing quillon stamped T89727 and with inspection marks.

Blued steel scabbard with belt loop. The scabbard is numbered N 17849

The bayonet and scabbard are in very good condition. The blade is free from rust and has some old preserving grease marks. The hilt is undamaged and firm on the tang. The press stud works. The scabbard has some minor rust spots but retains its original bluing and is undented.
