BRITISH MALACCA SWORD STICK – GEORGE V

A very good example of a WW1 sword stick dated 1917

Malacca cane 83cm (32.75”) with 67.5cm (26.5”) tapering plain blade with needle point. The hilt separated from the case by an ivory disc. The handle with a silver mushroom pommel engraved with a monogram and with the makers name and hallmarks for London 1917. The tapering haft with a brass and steel ferrule.

The sword stick is in very good condition for its age. The cane is in good condition with no splits. There is some minor staining to the blade. The silver pommel has some dents around the rim but remains tight. The ferrule tip is worn through use.
